Latest Acquisition Accelerates I-Evolve's Growth In The Western New York Region BUFFALO, NY.
January 6, 2015 - - I-Evolve Technology Services has signed an agreement to acquire Buffalo-based PC Business Solutions, Inc. Founded in 1991, PC Business Solutions has provided more than 700 customers with advanced information technology services including networking, hardware, software and professional services.
Reasons for the acquisition
"The acquisition of PC Business Solutions allows I-Evolve to accomplish three strategic objectives," said Kevin Kelly, President of I-Evolve. "It accelerates our growth plans, gives us access to high quality technical talent and provides opportunities to layer I-Evolve's cloud solutions onto the network services PCBS already provides their client companies." Impact of the acquisition
The purchase of PC Business Solutions is the 6th technology company acquisition by I-Evolve. "This acquisition is our response to the vitality of the Western New York business market," said David Meller, Founder and CEO of I-Evolve. "The need for end-to-end, state-of-the art IT services is strong and acquiring PC Business Solutions better positions I-Evolve to meet the growing demands." All current PC Business Solutions employees will be retained, bringing I-Evolve's total work force to more than 30 full time personnel with additional hiring now in progress.
